Sean Nix is the Founder and President of Soular Development. Prior to launching the firm in 2012, he held strategic leadership roles across sales, customer success, learning & development, culture, and organizational performance—partnering with organizations in both the private and non-profit sectors to build transformational talent and deliver continuous improvement results. Notable clients include The White House, Monogram Foods, Columbia Outdoors, Marathon Petroleum, and Annin Flagmakers.

Sean has been married to Jennifer for 34 years. Together they have four children, three grandchildren, and operate a small Nigerian dwarf goat farm on Smith Mountain Lake.
